Dear guests,
It's that time again - our traditional fish weeks are open from Thursday, Thursday 20.02.2025 up to and including Saturday 15.03.2025.
During this time, almost everything in our kitchen revolves around freshwater and saltwater fish, mussels and crustaceans - of course you will also find non-fish dishes on our menu.
There will hopefully be the familiar classics such as catfish from the blue brew for 2 people (only on pre-order) or trout Mullerin style. Our many regular guests know that we have trout on our menu almost all year round. With a bit of luck, the fishermen from Randersacker will provide us with one or two rarities such as Main-Waller or Main-Hecht.
But of course you will also find sea creatures such as sea bream, mussels, oysters, scallops, squid, sea bass, lemon sole, skrei, salmon etc. on our daily menu.
