Beetroot with caramelised goat's cheese, pickled pear and lamb's lettuce
Truffled cauliflower soup
Roasted monkfish with saffron sauce, wild broccoli and lemon risotto

Cheese dumplings with spinach leaves and fried mushrooms
Chocolate variation - brownie, white mousse and chocolate ice cream with pineapple ragout
The 4-course fish menu costs €63 and the 4-course veggie menu costs €49
