Fish Weeks from 22 January 2026 to 11 February 2026

Dear guests,

It's that time again - our traditional fish weeks are open from Thursday, Thursday 22.01.2026 up to and including Wednesday, 11.02.2026

During this time, almost everything in our kitchen revolves around freshwater and saltwater fish, mussels and crustaceans - of course you will also find non-fish dishes on our menu.

There will be the well-known classics such as carp Müllerinart or Blau, crispy carp or trout Müllerinart or Blau. Trout, as our many regular guests know, is on our menu almost all year round. With a bit of luck, we will get one or two rarities from the fishermen in Randersacker, such as Main catfish or Main pike.

But of course you will also find sea creatures such as sea bream, mussels, oysters, scallops, squid, sea bass, lemon sole, skrei, salmon etc. on our daily menu.

Dear guests,

From the end of October 2026, we will once again be offering our fresh, Franconian free-range geese and ducks from our farmer, Mr Weilhöfer, in Kolitzheim, available to order in advance.

The geese and ducks are carved for you right at your table. We serve them with our homemade gravy, red cabbage and potato dumplings – all homemade, of course.

Our geese

We offer our geese exclusively for four or five people. For larger groups, orders can be placed in multiples of four or five.

Goose for 4 people: €59.50 per person
Goose for 5 people: €50.00 per person

Our ducks

Our duck meals are available for two people only. For larger groups, orders can be placed in increments of two.

Duck for 2 people: €52.50 per person
