Dear guests,
From the end of October 2026, we will once again be offering our fresh, Franconian free-range geese and ducks from our farmer, Mr Weilhöfer, in Kolitzheim, available to order in advance.
The geese and ducks are carved for you right at your table. We serve them with our homemade sauce, red cabbage, potato dumplings and marzipan apples – all homemade, of course.
Our geese
We offer our geese exclusively for four or five people. For larger groups, orders can be placed in multiples of four or five.
Goose for 4 people: €59.50 per person
Goose for 5 people: €50.00 per person
Our ducks
Our duck meals are available for two people only. For larger groups, orders can be placed in increments of two.
Duck for 2 people: €52.50 per person
