Reception
We want our guests to feel at home. Our reception is open Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 23:00.
Parking
You can park your car directly in the hotel's own car park (without reservation). There are also two public and illuminated car parks within a radius of 300m.
There are 4 e-charging points (type 2 / max. 22 kW) available in our car park.
Breakfast
You can enjoy our breakfast on weekdays from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and on Sundays and public holidays from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
In summer, when the weather is good, you are welcome to have breakfast in our courtyard from 8 a.m. onwards.
Franconian cuisine
Enjoy Franconian cuisine in our restaurant and courtyard. Early table reservations are recommended.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome all year round, but must be kept on a leash in the restaurant. The fee is €20 per dog per night, excluding food.
If the room cannot be re-let on the day of departure due to strong odours or soiling, we reserve the right to charge 80% for an additional night.
Guaranteed booking
The room will be kept free for you regardless of your arrival time. However, in the event of no-show or late cancellation, you are obliged to pay!
Cancellations
Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival (18:00) are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows are subject to a fee and will be charged at 80% of the total amount of the booking.
